Buckets is a basketball shooting-tracker app intended for use by young players, typically under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are under 13 years old, an adult must create and manage your account on your behalf, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Parents/guardians are responsible for their family account, including all player profiles created under it, and for supervising their child's use of the app. One account may support one or more player profiles, depending on the plan selected. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Buckets is a paid subscription. Pricing and plan options are presented at signup/checkout — by using the app you agree to the price and billing frequency shown to you at that time. Payment is charged immediately at signup; there is no free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled. You may cancel anytime through your account settings; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law. Payment is processed securely through Stripe — Buckets does not store your card details.

The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use tracking basketball shooting practice. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or interfere with the app's normal operation.

Shooting session data, streaks, levels, and related stats are generated based on information you or your player enters. You retain ownership of your/your child's data — see our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's used. You may request deletion of a player profile or your full account at any time.

Buckets is a practice-tracking and motivation tool. It does not replace coaching, professional training, or supervision, and we make no guarantees about skill improvement or outcomes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service. You may close your account at any time.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders (e.g., via email or in-app notice). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Buckets is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
